1. CHECK OUT OUR GYM

You can join an intro class for first time visitors, OR you can book a One-on-One tour and consultation.

2. START WITH PRIVATE COACHING
After your intro, you’ll complete three one-on-one skill sessions to learn technique for weightlifting, kettlebells, and other CrossFit exercises, as well as nutrition basics.
This prepares you to join our group classes safely and with confidence.
3. GRADUATE TO GROUP CLASSES
Once you complete one-on-one skills training, you may join our group classes!
If you would prefer to stick with one-on-one, we offer personal training, and nutrition coaching.
