2. START WITH PRIVATE COACHING

You will learn exercise techniques 1-on-1 with one of our expert  coaches prior to joining classes. 
If you have previous CrossFit Experience, you may request a skills test-in.

3. GRADUATE TO GROUP CLASSES

Once you complete one-on-one skills training, you are ready to join our group classes safely and with confidence!

If you would prefer to stick with one-on-one, we offer personal training, and nutrition coaching.
