What it’s Like to Train at CrossFit Happy Valley …

I’ve been going to CFHV for almost 10 months now, and can’t say enough good things about it. The coaches are awesome -very personable and knowledgeable! They help me stay focused on form and doing movements correctly, and encourage members to push themselves past limits in a safe and supportive environment. All members are very supportive and great at cheering each other on. It has become an enjoyable, sociable and productive experience! Going to this gym regularly has helped me get in the best shape I’ve been in years!

I’ve been doing CrossFit now for almost 4 months, and I have to say its been so incredible. I started as a nobody, with absolutely zero strength and mobility due to a broken spine 10 years ago. Keith went through a nutrition seminar with a group of us and I learned how to actually build a meal plan. I love the atmosphere, the coaches are all there to help you stay safe while pushing yourself and everyone shows up to work hard. CFHV is the best gym around, you won’t find one better. came here just expecting a place to workout and get better just worrying about myself, but I found a family here. it was nearly impossible to leave this gym for the military without shedding a tear. Truly love this place, the community and the owner. All the coaches know there stuff and are not afraid to slow down to show you proper form and make sure you know what you are doing and don’t get hurt! highly recommend for anybody of any age group and any fitness level!
