Intro to Crossfit Class

Are you new to CrossFit? You’ve come to the right place! Here at CrossFit Happy Valley, we welcome athletes of all skill level, both new, intermediate, and advanced. If you are new to CrossFit or are just getting back into exercise, we will have you start in the Intro To CrossFit Class, to get comfortable with how we do things here at CFHV.

Our Intro to CrossFit Class is the start to the right path to reach your goals. Coached by a CrossFit certified trainer and delivered in small group sessions no larger than 4-8 athletes, Intro Class is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful.

 

Schedule

Intro to CrossFit is offered to new members at times convenient to them. This assures you will have a more personal experience with our CrossFit trainers, to guide you through the movements you’ll be exposed to in standard class.

Commitment

We are invested in your success here at CFHV, and want to see you succeed both inside and outside of the gym. To truly see results in any fitness program, it takes both time and patience, and we’re here for you every step of the way. Typically athletes will stay in the Intro Class for 2-4 weeks, or when a Coach feels confident they are ready to join standard class.

 

When and How Do I Start?

We are always running intro classes, however class start dates all depend on client interest… we try to keep class sizes very small.
